My Latest Travels were WILD!
So I was out at the latest webmaster gathering and I had a chance to take some candid photos as always.
I made my first stop at the kickoff party where I ran into my buddies from JBM already hitting up the buffet. (I know, big shocker)
After dinner I ran into some folks from GFY and we did a little business before heading to the bar.
All in all the kickoff party was a blast and the rest of the event was no exception. The food was great, the bar was open, and the company was classy as always!
Ok, I am a nerd, I know.
Seriously though, if you visit my home here in AZ and you feel the urge to look at some “wild” animals, The Wildlife World Zoo on the West side is the only way to go.
I had a little company in town and we decided to head out in the beautiful weather for a day at the Zoo. You will probably notice pretty quickly that I am a fan of the llamas. Not sure why, (maybe because I resemble them? see pic below) but they are my favorite animal.
A few things I learned at the zoo this weekend… monkeys love popcorn and will fight over it, VIOLENTLY… picking up the baby goats in the petting zoo is against the rules and is a bannable offense, and adult goats have no shame or concept of personal space.
